露天储煤场无人机自动盘煤系统研究

Study on unmanned aerial vehicle automatic coal volume measuring system of open coal storage yard

  • 摘要: 针对露天储煤场盘煤效率低、精度差的现状,设计了露天储煤场无人机自动盘煤系统。该系统通过无人机获取融合GPS精确定位信息的煤场高清图像,并应用基于二维图像的三维重构技术重构出露天储煤场的三维模型,由此计算出三维模型的体积,从而计算出露天储煤场内的储煤量。通过与激光雷达盘煤系统的现场测试结果对比分析,结果表明:该系统比激光雷达盘煤系统节省了27.5%的盘煤时间,盘煤精度高于激光雷达盘煤系统,并且能够克服成本高、操作复杂、遮挡及盲区等缺点;可提高露天储煤场的盘煤效率和精度,能够更好地满足露天储煤场快速准确盘煤的实际需求。

     

    Abstract: According to low efcient and poor accuracy status of the coal volunme measuring in open coal storage yard automatic coal volume measuring system ofthe open coal storage yard with unmanned aerial vehice was designed.with the high defintion image of the coal storage yard with the i egrated GPs acurate positioning information obtained with the unmanned aerial vehicle with the aplicaion of the3 D model of the open coalstorage yard reconstructed with the 3D reconstrucion technology based on the 2D image,the volume of the 3D model was calculated and thecoalstorage volume ofthe open cal storage yard was calculated. n comparson 2nalysis on the site measuring resutsof the lasr radar coal voume measuring system,the results showed that the coal volume measuring system with the unmanned aeral vehicle coud save 27.5%coal measurin time than the laser rada cal measuring system,the coal volume measuring accuracy was higher than the laser radar coameasuring system and could overcome a high cos.complicated operation shetering and fade zone. and ather disadvantages.Thus the coal volume measuring rate andaccuracy of the open coal storage yard could be improved and the actual requrements of the rapid and accuratecoal volume measuring in the open coal torage yard :ould be fully met.
