巷道中煤层阴燃状态的判定

Determination of Seam Smoldering in Mine Gateway

  • 摘要: 为建立巷道中煤层阴燃状态的判别准则,设计和制作了巷道中煤层阴燃模拟试验装置。采用该模拟装置,研究了煤层阴燃稳定传播时巷道口的自然风流区长度、阴燃面热空气涡流区长度、自然风流区与热空气涡流区之间的最大允许距离以及阴燃面与巷道口的极限距离,据此计算出了煤层阴燃时阴燃面与巷道口的距离系数m以及巷道中煤层阴燃稳定传播时阴燃面与巷道口的极限距离系数m0,得出当m≤m0时阴燃处于稳定传播状态,当m>m0时阴燃将趋向熄灭。试验测定出巷道中褐煤阴燃稳定传播时m0=142.33 m-1。试验结果表明,根据m和m0判别巷道煤层阴燃状态是合理的。

     

    Abstract: In order to set up the distinguishing criterion of the seam smoldering state in the mine gateway, a seam smoldering simulation experiment device of mine gateway was designed and manufactured.The simulation experiment device was applied to study the length of the natural air flow zone at the gateway entry when the s eam smoldering was stably spreading, the length of the heat air vortex zone in the smoldering face, the max allowed distance between the natural air flow zone and the heat air vortex zone and the limit distance between the smoldering face and the gateway entry. Based on the circumstance, the distance cofficient m between the smol dering face and the gateway entry when the seam was in smoldering as well as the limit distance coefficient m0 between the smoldering face and gateway entry when t he seam smoldering was stably spreading in the gateway were provided.When msm0, the smoldering would be spreading in stable and when m>m0, the smoldering wo uld be gradually extinguished.The experiment measured that m0 = 142.33 m-1 when the lignite smoldering was spreading in stable in the gateway.The experiment resul ts showed that the m and m0 as the distinguishing criterion of the seam smoldering state would be rational.
