煤矿薄喷技术的理论与实践

Theory and practices on thin sprag-on technology of coal mine

  • 摘要: 为满足煤矿支护快速、安全及环保的要求,基于薄喷衬层的支护理念,对比分析喷射混凝土、网支护方式中薄喷技术在抗拉、黏附强度和及时承载方面的优越性。开展了适用于国内煤矿的薄喷技术研究,定型了封闭、壁面瓦斯封堵2种功能的非反应型薄喷产品,研制了PF1L型与WFP400型两种粉体喷射机,并分别在东欢坨煤矿、王坡煤矿进行了现场应用。研究结果及现场应用表明:所研制的薄喷材料成膜质量好,抗拉强度达3.5~7.8 MPa,环保性能达到室内建材标准。薄喷技术与喷射混凝土相比,材料运输量减少90.0%,无拌料工序,用工仅3人,施工速度提高3~5倍;封堵后的避难硐室内瓦斯渗出速度降低了96.5%。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of the mine rapid support, safety and environment protection, based on the support idea of the thin spray-on liner ( TS L),the advantages of a TSL in tensile strength, adhesive strength and active support performance are analyzed in comparison with shotcrete and mesh. Research on T SL for coal mines in China has been carried out, the achievements of which includes that two non-reactive TSL products for sealing and surface gas blocking have been fixed, and two types of injection machine PF1 L, WFP400 have been developed. The applications in Donghuantuo Mine and Wangpo Mine for sealing and gas blocking r espectively have been implemented. It is suggested that the environmental performance of this newly developed TSL products has met the standard of indoor building materials, qualified with very outstanding film-forming performance as well as a tensile strength of 3.5 ~ 7.8 MPa. The applications indicate that, compared with shotcret e, material handling can be reduced by 90.0% and material mixing procedure can be canceled, thus the application rates of TSL setting only need 3 workers which can be improved by3 ~ 5 times. The rising rate of gas concentration in the refuge chamber after application is reduced by about 96.5%.
