基于地应力测定的煤层群巷道支护方案优化

Optimization on Mine Gateway Support Plan in Seams Group Based on Geostress Measurement

  • 摘要: 针对官地煤矿近距离煤层群回采巷道支护基础参数不足,巷道支护设计缺乏依据的问题,采用小孔径水压致裂地应力测量装置完成了4个煤层8个测点的原岩应力测定,掌握煤层地应力大小以及分布规律。实测数据表明,官地煤矿应力场属于中等地应力值区域,自重应力占主导,最大水平主应力方向在北西和北西西方向之间。根据地应力测试结果对8号煤层进行巷道围岩稳定性分析,对原有支护方案进行优化,矿压监测结果表明巷道围岩离层和表面位移稳定可控,满足生产需要。

     

    Abstract: According to the insufficient basic parameters of the mine gateway support in contiguous seams group of Guandi Mine and the gateway support design with less basis,a geostress measuring device with a small diameter hydraulic fracturing was applied to in-situ stress measurement of eight measuring points in four sea ms and the geostress size and distribution law were mastered. The measured data showed that the geostress field in Guandi Mine was a medium geostress value area, the gravity stress was in a leading position and the direction of the max horizontal main stress was between the north-west and the north-west west direction. According to the geostress measured results,a surrounding rock stability analysis of the gateway was conducted in the No.8 seam and an optimization was conducted on the prev ious support plan. The mine strata pressure monitoring and measuring results showed the bed separation of the surrounding rock in the gateway and the surface displa cement stability could be controlled and could meet the production requirements.
