矿山无线安全监测预警系统设计及关键技术

Design and key technology on early warning system of mine wireless safety monitoring

  • 摘要: 为了实现煤炭资源理性开发和煤矿安全生产,基于一条线的井巷智慧线技术,根据煤矿生产特点,提出了适用于煤矿的无线安全监测预警系统设计方案,研发了与智慧线匹配的无线通信和监测终端,设计了通风环境参数监测系统、煤岩瓦斯动力参数监测系统、安全隐患监测子系统,构建了基于人人都是安全员、本质安全化、动态预警、闭环控制等核心思想的矿山安全管理预警体系。结果表明,基于智慧线技术的无线安全监测预警系统对煤矿具有很好的适应性,能稳定可靠地进行参数监测和数据传输,能够有效提升煤矿的安全管理和应急救援水平。

     

    Abstract: in order to realize the reasonable development of the coal resources and the mine sarety producton,based on one line mine roadway itelient line technogyaccording to the mine production features an eary waring design plan suitable for the mine wireless safety morntoning vas provided.The wireless communication and monitrn temial ine ligent matched with the intelient line were reearched and developed.The monioring system ofthe ventiaton environment parameters,the montoring system of the coal and gas dynanic:parameters and the monitoring sub-system of the sarety hidden dangers were designed.An early warming system ofthe mine safety management was establit hed based on every miner been a safety superviso,intinsic safetydynanic eary warmning closed-oo control and other core ide. The esuis shoved that based on the ntellient lherechmnology.the carly wamning system of the wireless safety monioring with a good suitability to the mine could stably and reliably conduct the parameter montoring and data ransmission and could efiectivly improve the mine safety management and the eme gent rescue level.
