基于一维径向流动确定钻孔瓦斯抽采有效影响半径

Determination on Effective Influence Radius of Gas Drainage Through Borehole Based on One- dimensional Radial Flow

  • 摘要: 为了快速准确地确定钻孔瓦斯抽采有效影响半径,在瓦斯一维径向流动数学模型的基础上,建立了钻孔抽采量与时间的指数函数关系。根据质量守恒定律和达西定律,推导出抽采半径的计算公式,建立了抽采半径与煤层参数和抽采时间的数学关系。采用该方法对新丰煤矿25021工作面抽采半径进行了计算,求得60 d内的抽采半径为2.70~3.72 m,与现场实测结果一致。同时,研究了抽采半径与抽采时间的关系。结果表明:随着抽采时间的增加,抽采半径逐渐增大,到第60天时,抽采半径达到极限值的96.46%~98.54%,在这之后抽采半径随时间延长增大的幅度十分缓慢。

     

    Abstract: In order to determine the effective influence radius of gas drainage through borehole quickly and accurately, the exponential relationship between draina ge quantity of boreholes and drainage time was established based on the mathematical model of one- dimensional radial flow of gas. On the basis of the law of mass Co nservation and Darcy law, calculation formula of drainage radius was derived and mathematical relationship between drainage radius and coal seam parameters and dr ainage time was established. By using this method, drainage radius of Xinfeng Coal Mine No. 25021 Coal Mining Face was calculated. The calculation result was 2.70 ~ 3. 72 m within 60 days and was similar to the site measurement. Meanwhile, the functional relationship between drainage radius and drainage time was researched. T he results showed that with the increase of drainage time, the drainage radius increased gradually. When the drainage time reached to 60 days, the drainage radius rea ched to 96.46% ~ 98. 54% of limit value. After that, the drainage radius increased very slowly.
