纯电动防爆车辆续驶里程影响因素研究

Research on influence factors affecting driving range of flame-proof battery electric vehicles

  • 摘要: 针对续驶里程严重制约纯电动防爆车辆推广应用的现状,研究了整车参数、防爆动力电池、防爆驱动电动机控制系统以及传动型式等因素对续驶里程的影响,提出能够使纯电动防爆车辆在当前防爆动力电池比能量较低的情况下,最大限度地提升续驶里程的措施和方法。基于VehSpy3平台搭建了纯电动防爆车辆续驶里程测试系统,按照等速行驶工况和王家岭辅助运输大巷工况,完成了某型号纯电动防爆车辆优化前后各影响因素及续驶里程的测试分析。研究结果表明:优化后的各影响因素均得到不同程度的改善,等速行驶工况增加约10 km,矿井多工况续驶里程增加7.1 km。通过采取以上措施,可有效提升纯电动防爆车辆续驶里程,为纯电动防爆车辆的开发研制和普及推广提供了理论基础。

     

    Abstract: According to the status that popularization and application of flame-proof battery electric vehicle was severely restricted by the driving range, the driving range influence factors of vehicle parameters, flame-proof battery,flame-proof drive motor control system and drive mode were studied. The method which can maximize improvement of the flame-proof battery electric vehicle driving range on the condition of lower energy density of battery was presented. Based on the VehSpy3 platform, the driving range test system of electric flame-proof vehicles was built. And according to the working conditions of constant speed and Wangjialing auxilary transport port, the influence factors and test analysis on the driving range for a certain type of flame-proof battery electric vehicle of before and after optimization were finished.The results show that all optimized influence factors are improved to varying degrees, the driving range of constant speed working conditions increases about 10 km, the driving range of mine multiple continuous increases 7.1 km. The method can effective promote the driving range of flame-proof battery electric vehicle and provide the theoretical basis for the development and popularization of flame-proof battery electric vehicle.
