  • 摘要: 为确保ZF4000/16/28型综放支架在工作面调斜开采过程中正常推进,生产不受影响,针对该型支架调斜能力差,调架困难实际情况,提前采取专项措施,确定调斜比例,制定出严密的调斜方案,并对支架进行了合理改造。通过加强生产过程管理以及采取得力技术措施,保证了工作面调斜期间的正常推进,工作面实现多回收原煤3万t,达到月单产8.6万t。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the normal pushing forward of the ZF4000/16/28 powered caving supports during the alignment process and to have no influences to t he face production, according to the poor alignment capacity of the powered support and the alignment difficulty, the special measures were pre-conducted, the alignme nt percentage was determined, the tight alignment plan was set up and the rational reconstruction of the powered support was conducted.With the enhanced manageme nt of the production process and the powerful technical measures conducted, the normal pushing forward of the coal mining face was ensured during the alignment peri od, the raw coal recovery of the coal mining face was increased by 30 000 t and the month production of the coal mining face reached at 86 000 t.
