Simulation Analysis on Mine Flameproof Rubber Tyre Vehicle with Diesel Engine and Driving System

  • 摘要: 为更合理地匹配防爆胶轮车用柴油机和动力传动系统,使其具有良好的动力性能和燃油经济性能,采用仿真软件AVL-Cruise对某井下防爆胶轮车用防爆柴油机与传动系统建模、模拟仿真计算,得到了动力性能、燃油经济性能等方面的相关仿真曲线。仿真结果表明,无轨防爆胶轮车的设计符合最初的动力性能指标和传动效率要求,仿真曲线也论证了该防爆柴油机与传动系统匹配的合理性。

     

    Abstract: In order to rationally match the diesel engine and power driving system to the mine flameproof rubber tyre vehicle and to have a good power performanc es and fuel oil economic performances, the simulation software AVL-Cruise was applied to the model establishment, simulation calculation of the mine flameproof diesel engine and driving system applied to the rubber tyre vehicle in a underground mine.The power performances, fuel oil economic performances and other related simulati on curves were obtained. The simulation results showed that the design of the trackless flameproof rubber tyre vehicle could meet the initial power index and driving effi ciency requirements. The simulation curves also verified the match rationality of the flameproof diesel engine and the driving system.
