基于压电效应的煤矿井下能量采集系统设计

Design on Energy Collection System in Underground Mine Based on Piezoelectric Effect

  • 摘要: 针对无线传感器网络节点传统的供电电池供能寿命有限,能量耗尽需重复充电或定期进行更换的现状,设计了一种由能量转化芯片LTC3588-1和压电振动传感器V21BL构成的单芯片压电能量采集系统。通过采集工作面采煤机工作时电机产生的振动能量,并将此振动机械能转化成电能,存储在电容或者可充电电池中,为传感器节点供电,从而延长了传感器节点的使用寿命。

     

    Abstract: According to the status on the power supply limit of the conventional power supply battery for the mode of the wireless sensor network and the battery re charging or periodical replacement for the empty battery, a single chip piezoelectric energy collection system composed with an energy converted ship LTC3588-1 and a piezoelectric vibration sensor V21BL was designed.With the collection of the vibration energy occurred by the electric motor during the operation of the coal shearer i n the coal mining face, the vibration mechanical energy could be converted to a electric energy which could store in the capacitor or the rechargeable battery to supply t he electric power to the sensor node in order to expand the service life of the sensor node.
