我国煤矿火灾防治现状及发展对策

Development countermeasures and current situation of coal mine fire prevention & extinguishing in China

  • 摘要: 调研了我国煤矿火灾灾害区域分布特点及近5年来煤矿火灾事故特征,从自燃倾向性鉴定、自然发火期判定、自然发火早期预测预报及监测等方面探讨了煤自燃预测预报技术的发展现状,分析了现阶段我国充填堵漏、均压、注浆、惰性气体、阻化、三相泡沫、燃油惰气及高倍泡沫等防灭火技术装备的应用现状及适用性。指出煤矿火灾防治应坚持以基础理论研究为先导,以关键技术装备研发为重点,以推广应用为目的,不断创新提高防火技术的有效性、适应性和经济性,以指导煤层自燃与外因火灾防治,最终实现一体化火灾防控体系的技术突破。

     

    Abstract: The regional itriutions features and the past five yeas accidents characteristios were investigated about mine fire accidents in China. The curent stuation of coal combustion forecast and prediction technologies were discussed fom thee aspects ofidentication of spontaneous combustion tendencycdetermiation of spontaneous combustion perod and montoring o inial coalspontaneous combustion.The appication status and suitability of diferent mine fre prevention & extinguishing technologies were analyzed,such as fling leakage,pressure balance,routing.inert gasesihibio,tre-phase foam . igh expansion foam and polymer materias.Fiaythe authors put forward that the realization of integrated mie fire prevention & extinguising system should persistent in the foundatin theories research a he bas sR&dDof technologies and equipmerts as the key.the promotig of advanced technologies as target aining at improving the efe ctiveness adaptation and economy of coal mine fire prevention and extinguisning technogies.which could proide the references for coal seam combustion and mine fre prevention induced by extenal cause.
