三软煤层复合顶板巷道控制技术研究

Study on control technology of composite roof roadway in soft roof,soft coal and soft floor coal seam

  • 摘要: 为解决淮南矿区三软煤层复合顶板巷道锚杆支护过程中存在的局部支护结构变形、损伤以及巷道破坏等工程问题,采用现场测试、理论分析、数值模拟、工程验证的研究方法,分析了三软煤层复合顶板巷道锚杆支护失效原因和围岩控制机理,指出淮南矿区为实现锚杆支护对三软煤层复合顶板巷道的稳定控制,在锚杆支护设计和管理上应注重以下4方面:①利用合理长度的锚杆和支护附件构建起围岩浅部的“压力拱”结构;②使锚索深入围岩内部稳定岩层,在深部有效发挥“悬吊”作用;③加强对巷道薄弱部位的支护;④设计合理的施工参数,协调围岩体和支护体变形。以顾桥煤矿13-1三软煤层复合顶板巷道锚杆支护为工程背景,在锚杆支护控制运用理论方面,基于新奥法动态信息化施工过程指导思想,构建了由设计、施工、监测、评价、优化环节构成的三软煤层复合顶板巷道控制技术体系;在锚杆支护参数选择方面,从初始参数设计、参数检验、现场参数适时调整、薄弱部位强化等环节出发,确立了锚杆参数动态管理方法,在锚杆施工管理方面,从施工质量标准化体系建设和支护安全措施保障入手,构建了锚杆施工管理保障技术;在锚杆支护系统可靠性分析方面,引入一次二阶矩JC法,从锚杆锚固力和承载力两项指标出发,分析了锚杆支护结构的可靠性;基于对支护薄弱环节结构可靠性提高的考虑,对原支护方案进行了优化;获得了淮南矿区三软煤层复合顶板巷道锚杆支护结构可靠指标β值取1.0~1.5为宜。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the engineering problems of local support structure deformation, damage and roadway damage during the bolt support process of composite roof tunnel in three soft coal seams in Huainan mining area, the research methods of field test, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and engineering verification are adopted. Supporting failure analysis and the surrounding rock control mechanism of bolt support in composite roof roadway in three-soft coal seam are analyzed, in order to realize the stable control of the bolt support to the composite roof roadway in three-soft coal seam, the following four aspects should be emphasized in the design and management of the bolt support: ①the "pressure arch" structure in the shallow surrounding rock should be built with reasonable length of anchor rod and supporting attachment.②the anchor cable should be placed in a stable rock layer to play a "suspension" role.③the weak part of the roadway should be strengthened. ④reasonable construction parameters should be designed in order to coordinate the deformation of the surrounding rock mass and the support body. Taking the bolt support of composite roof roadway of No.13-1 three-soft coal seam of Guqiao coal mine as the engineering background. In the application concept of bolt support control, based on the guiding ideology of the new Austrian law dynamic information construction process, a three-soft coal seam composite roof roadway control technology system consisting of design, construction, monitoring, evaluation and optimization was constructed. In the aspect of bolt support parameter management, the dynamic management method of bolt parameters was established from the aspects of initial parameter design, parameter inspection, timely adjustment of field parameters and reinforcement of weak parts. In the aspect of bolt construction management, starting from the construction quality standardization system construction and support safety measures, the construction technology of bolt construction management is constructed. Starting from the construction quality standardization system and the support security measures, the security technology of bolt construction management is constructed. The anchoring force and bearing capacity index of the bolt were analyzed by the second order moment JC method to reflect the reliability of the bolt support structure. Based on the support weak structure, the reliability of the original support scheme was optimized.It is considered that the reliability index β of the composite roof support of the three soft seams in Huainan mining area should be 1.0~1.5.
