均压通风技术在上湾煤矿的应用研究

Study on pressure balanced ventilation technology applied to Shangwan Mine

  • 摘要: 为了解决上湾煤矿22102工作面浅埋藏近距离煤层群开采过程中工作面回风隅角出现的低氧、一氧化碳超标等问题,提出应用了系统均压通风技术,使工作面和采空区风压达到平衡,减少采空区有毒有害气体涌入工作面。在均压通风系统构筑过程中进行了反复调试,最终找出了工作面均压通风系统的最佳工况点。结果表明:2台型号FBD-NO11.2局部通风机单电机运行,工作面风量控制在1 829 m3/min,工作面压力比采空区压力小16 Pa。在均压通风系统调试完毕后,提出了均压工作面的监测和安全保障措施。在应用了系统全负压工作面均压通风技术以后,22102工作面回风隅角氧气体积分数一直维持在18.0%18.5%,一氧化碳体积分数一直维持在5×10-620×10-6,确保工作面的安全回采。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the low oxygen content, carbon monoxide over the limit and other problems occurred in the air return corner during the mining process of No.22102 coal mining face in the shallow depth and contiguous seams group of Shangwan Mine, the paper provided and applied pressure balanced ventilation technology of the system full negative pressure coal mining face, which could make thepressure in the coal mining face and goaf reached to balance and could reduce the harmful gas and toxic gas running into the coal miningface. The repeated adjustments were conducted during the establishing process of the pressure balanced ventilation system. Finally, the op- timum performance point of the pressure balanced ventilation system was found for the coal mining face: two sets of FBD-N011.2 mode lo- cal fans was run by a single electric motor, the ventilation air volume of the coal mining face was controlled at 1 829 m3/min and the air pressure of the coal mining face was 16 Pa lower than the goaf. When the adjustment of the pressure balanced ventilation system comple-ted, the monitoring and safety protection means of the pressure balanced coal mining face were provided. When the pressure balanced ven- tilation technology of the system full negative pressure coal mining face applied to No.22102 coal mining face, the oxygen content at the air retum corner of the coal mining face would be always kept at 18.0%~18.5% and the carbon monoxide content would be always kept at 5×106-20×106. Thus the safety mining of the coal miming face was ensured.
