防治煤自燃的泡沫凝胶防灭火特性研究

Study on characteristics of foam gel for prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion

  • 摘要: 泡沫凝胶防灭火材料兼有凝胶与泡沫2种材料的防灭火特性,具有稳定性强、扩散范围大、耐高温等优点。为了更进一步确定泡沫凝胶的特性,依据几何拓扑理论,对泡沫凝胶的三维网状结构进行了分析,泡沫凝胶由凝胶颗粒和含水泡沫组成。此外,通过试验对比,泡沫凝胶的半衰期超过24h,是泡沫的6倍以上。提出了泡沫凝胶是由凝胶颗粒形成的“强节点和弱杆”结构是提高稳定性的关键原因。通过使用阻化率测试系统,测试CO的释放量来研究泡沫凝胶的阻化效果。结果表明,在100 ℃下泡沫凝胶的阻化率为73.72%,CaCl2为57.35%,说明泡沫凝胶对煤自燃的阻化性更好。通过现场应用表明,泡沫凝胶可以有效防治煤自燃。

     

    Abstract: Foam gel fire-retardant material combines the anti-fire-extinguishing properties of two kinds of materials, gel and foam.It has the advantages such as strong stability, large diffusion range and high temperature resistance. In order to further determine the characteristics of the foam gel, the three-dimensional network structure of the foam gel was analyzed according to the geometric topology theory, and the foam gel was composed of gel particles and aqueous foam. In addition, the half-life of foamed gel exceeds 24 hours, which is more than six times that of the foam. It is proposed that the "strong-node and weak-rod" structure formed by gel particles is the key reason enhancing the stability of foamed gel. The inhibitory effect of the foam gel was investigated by using a resistivity test system to test the amount of CO released.The results show that the inhibition rate of foamed gel is 73.72%, higher than CaCl2 which is 57.35 %at 100 ℃,indicating that the foam gel has better resistance to coal spontaneous combustion. The field application shows that the foam gel can effectively prevent spontaneous combustion of coal.
