Study on Automation Application to Fully-Mechanized Coal Mining in Ultra Thin Seam .

  • 摘要: 为解决0.55 m厚的极薄煤层受空间限制难以实现综合机械化开采的问题,研发适应极薄煤层的新型综采液压支架及其采煤、运输设备,简化综采工艺,借助不同于较厚煤层的电液自动控制功能,实现行人空间与采煤机的合理变换,保证极薄煤层无人综采过程和设备维护合理空间布置,实现极薄煤层综合自动化采煤。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the space limitation of the coal mining in the 0.55 m ultra thin seam and to solve the high difficult problems of the fully-mechanized coal mining in the ultra thin seam, a new hydraulic powered support of the fully-mechanized coal mining, the coal mining and transportation equipment and the simplified full y-mechanized coal mining technique suitable for the mining of the ultra thin seam were researched and developed. With the electric and hydraulic automatic control fun ction different to the thick seam, a rational alteration between the walking space and the coal shearer was realized to ensure the rational space layout for the unmanned fully-mechanized coal mining process in the ultra thin seam and the equipment maintenance. Thus the fully-mechanized automatic coal mining in the ultra thin seam wa s realized.
