Study on key technology of internet plus intelligent coal shearer

  • 摘要: 为实现煤矿无人化综采作业,根据智能化采煤机的作业要求,研究了采煤机智能感知、智能控制、智能截割、远程可视化监控以及综采机组物联网技术,实现了采煤机组的无人操作、远程监控。通过在煤矿现场的应用试验,可实现采煤机作业过程中的自主定位、自动调高、自我诊断、自适应牵引、远程可视化监控,为建设无人化综采工作面奠定了重要基础。

     

    Abstract: in order to replace the manual operation ofthe coal shearer in the coal mine and ealie the unmanned fully-mechanized coal mining operation.according to the operaion reqxuirements of the nteli ent coal sheare,the paper had studly on the it ligent perception of the cal shearer iteli ent control ineli ent cuingremote wisualized mornitoring and the internet technology of things for the ill-mechanized coal mining unt. The unmanned operation and remote montioring ofthe coal mining unit were realzed. with the siteappication tes n the coal mine, an automaticpositining autonmatic height-adjustment self diagnosis ei- adaptive haulage and remote visualized monitoring could be realized in order to set up the important base to build the unmanned fully-mechanized coal mining face.
