连续采煤机块段式开采顶板控制技术研究

  • 摘要: 为解决连续采煤机块段式开采工作面顶板难以管理的问题,实现连续采煤机开采工作面顶板可按照一定规律有序垮落,提出了煤柱支护技术、支架切顶技术、卸压爆破强制放顶技术,同时对工作面三角区顶板的控制技术进行了分析。应用结果表明:通过留设采硐间煤柱、支巷口保护煤柱以及区段保护煤柱,在采硐开口位置采用梯子梁或工字钢并补打锚索加强支护等措施,可有效管理顶板;而且,采用支架切顶技术、支巷深孔爆破强制放顶技术及边界顶板爆破卸压技术能够合理控制顶板垮落。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the difficult roof control problem of block and sectional mining face with continues miner and to realize the rationally falling with certain 1 aw of the roof above the continuous miner mining face, a coal pillar support technology, roof cutting technology with the powered supports and forced roof falling techno logy with the pressure releasing and blasting were provided, meanwhile, an analysis was conducted on the roof control technology of the delta block in the coal mining f ace. The application results showed that with the coal pillar left between the mining chambers, protective coal pillars at the gateway branch and sectional protective coa I pillars, the ladder beam or H type steel bar and anchor reinforced support and the other measures applied to the opening location of the mining chamber could effectiv ely control the roof. Also the applications of the powered support roof cutting technology, deep borehole blasting forced roof falling technology of the gateway branch an d roof blasting technology at the face boundary could rationally control the roof falling.
