千米埋深特厚煤层井筒揭煤综合防突技术

Comprehensive Outburst Prevention Technology for Opening 1 000 m Deep Depth and Special Thick Seam in Mine Shaft

  • 摘要: 为解决千米埋深特厚煤层立井揭煤防突和穿煤施工安全,通过建立区域突出危险性预测、深孔预裂控制爆破增透抽放、效果检验和验证、中空锚杆金属骨架、远距离放炮揭煤、突出危险性预警和壁后预留排放等组成的七步法综合防突技术,从技术、施工组织、工程质量和安全防护4个环节保障施工安全。结果表明:采用深孔预裂控制爆破强化措施,抽放41 d达到区域防突要求;采用2圈中空锚杆注浆加固和壁后预留1圈排放孔等新工艺,揭煤和穿煤期间瓦斯浓度非常稳定,实现了零超限揭穿千米埋深9.8 m厚突出煤层。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the seam opening outburst prevention and the seam passing construction safety in the mine shaft sinking with a depth of 1 000 m and u Itra thick seam, with the seven step method comprehensive outburst prevention technology, including the establishing regional outburst danger prediction, the permeabil ity improved gas drainage with deep borehole pre-crack controlled blasting, the effect inspection and verification, the middle hole bolt and metal frame, the seam openin g with long distance blasting, early warning of the outburst danger and the preset gas drainage borehole beyond the shaft liner, the construction safety was ensured fro m the technology, construction organization, project quality control and safety prevention. The results showed that with the reinforced measures of the deep borehole pr e-crack control blasting applied, the 41 days gas drainage operation could meet the regional gas outburst prevention requirements. With the grouting reinforcement with two circuit middle hole bolts and the preset one circuit gas drainage boreholes beyond the mine shaft liner and other new technology applied, the gas content during the seam opening and the shaft passing through the seam was very stable and the 9.8 m thick seam with a depth of 1 000 m was opened and was been passed through wit h no gas content over limit.
