斜井突水涌砂机理及井壁破裂修复技术研究

Research on water and sand inrush mechnism and repairtechnology of shaft rupture in inclined shaft

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿斜井井壁破裂修复治理技术难题,以陕西榆林金鸡滩煤矿副斜井井壁破裂导致严重突水涌砂灾害治理工程为例,在充分分析副斜井井壁破裂机理及水砂来源的基础上,采用了临时木垛支撑结合斜井帮部注浆治理的抢险措施,后期采用U型钢棚永久加固结合壁后帷幕注浆的整体修复措施。修复结果表明:抢险治理措施有效控制了井筒涌水量与携砂量,减缓了斜井顶板与底板变形速率,为后期整体修复赢得了时间;整体修复措施使井筒涌水量由72 m3/h减小至3.8 m3/h,携砂量维持在0.1%以下,地表塌陷坑不再发育。井筒修复完成后,没有发生其余不良地质现象,修复效果良好,保证了井筒的正常服役,为类似灾害的治理提供了借鉴。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the technical problem of repairing the lining of inclined shaft in coal mine,this paper takes the project of controlling severe water and sand inrush disaster caused by the rupture of the auxiliary inclined shaft in Jinjitan Coal Mine of Shaanxi Province as an example.On the basis of fully analyzing the rupture mechanism of the inclined shaft and the source of water sand,the emergency measures of temporary raft support combined with the grouting treatment of the inclined shaft side were adopted; later,the U-shaped steel shed was used for permanent reinforcement,which goes with the curtain grouting treatment to form an overall repair measures.The repair results show that the rescue control measures effectively controll the water inflow and sand carrying capacity of the rock-shaft,slow down the deformation rate of the inclined roof and the bottom plate,and won time for the overall restoration in the later stage; the overall restoration measures reduce the water inflow from the rock-shaft from 72 m3/h to 3.8 m3/h,the sand holding capacity is below 0.1%,and the surface collapse pit no longer develop.After the completion of the rock-shaft repair,the remaining unfavorable geological situation did not occur,and the repair effect was good,which ensured the normal service of the rock-shaft and provided reference for the similar disaster management.
