  • 摘要: 由于近距离保护层煤层间距较近,在保护层工作面开采时,下覆被保护层的瓦斯大量进入工作面,造成回采期间瓦斯涌出量增大,针对这种情况,通过对近距离保护层瓦斯涌出规律进行分析,并结合平煤四矿实际条件,采取了采空区埋管抽放、高位钻孔抽放、增阻调节堵漏相结合的瓦斯综合治理技术,生产时工作面的瓦斯体积分数稳定在0.27%~0.39%,有效地解决了近距离保护层工作面的瓦斯超限问题。

     

    Abstract: Due to the short distance between the protected seams, during the mining operation in the protected seam mining face, great gas emitted to the coal min ing face from the underlaid protected seam.Thus the gas emission was increased during the mining period.According to the condition, with the analysis on the gas emis sion law of the protected seam with a short distance to other seams, in combination with the actual conditions of No.4 Mine, the gas comprehensive control technology with the buried pipeline drainage in the goaf, the high level borehole gas drainage and the resistance increased adjustment sealing leakage was conducted.The gas con tent of the coal mining face during the coal production period stabilized at 0.27% ~ 0.39% and the gas content over limit problem in the short distance protected seam m ining face could be effectively solved.
