深大立井凿井吊盘结构与型钢选型研究

Research on sinking platform structure and steel selection of deep and large shaft

  • 摘要: 针对目前深大立井(井筒深度、直径分别不小于1 200、8 m)施工中凿井吊盘结构选型及受力特性研究不足的现状,结合近年来深大立井凿井施工工艺和施工装备的革新情况,系统分析了满足井筒深度1 200 m、直径6~12 m的凿井吊盘断面布置方案,并利用SAP2000有限元模拟软件进行了系列凿井吊盘的结构受力数值验算,获得了深大立井典型凿井吊盘结构各梁柱的受力特性。同时给出了满足井筒深度1 200 m、井筒直径6~12 m的凿井吊盘梁柱等结构选型参考标准,可为深大立井施工凿井吊盘设计提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: According to the status that deep and large shaft sinking platform( shaft depth and diameter was separetely not more then 1 200 and 8 m) was main task of mine construction projects in the future,but the relevant research to the structure selection and mechanical properties of deep and large shaft sinking platform were very li mited,layout of the deep and large shaft sinking platform( sinking depth 1 200 m,shaft diameter 6 m to 12 m) were systematically analyzed by considering the latest change S in shaft construction technology and equipment. Also,series of numerical calculations were carried out to check the mechanical characteristics of the sinking platform by SAP2000 finite simulation software. Based on the above results, steel selection of the deep and large shaft sinking platform were obtained. It could provide reference stand ard of structure selection satisfied to sinking platform beam-column of shaft with sinking depth 1 200 m,shaft diameter6 m to 12 m,and provide the reference for the design of deep and large shaft sinking platform.
