矿用聚氨酯类注浆材料改性研究进展

Research progress on modification of polyurethane grouting materials in mines

  • 摘要: 随着煤矿向深部开采,以聚氨酯为代表的现有有机高分子注浆材料难以完成对井下高地应力、高地温、高岩溶水压的岩体赋存环境和强流变性、强湿热、强动力灾害的岩体工程响应。为了推动现有聚氨酯类有机高分子注浆材料的发展,提升聚氨酯注浆技术水平和使用范围。针对聚氨酯注浆材料在固化过程中会大量释热,导致反应温度较高以及力学性能较差等缺陷,总结了近年来聚氨酯注浆复合材料改性和性能分析的相关研究,提出了聚氨酯注浆材料在煤岩体充填加固和堵水防渗的可行性,着重从聚氨酯注浆材料改性的角度,阐述了助剂、传统注浆材料、黏土、固体废弃物、纤维和有机物对聚氨酯注浆材料的改性,并通过改性实现了注浆材料力学性能、阻燃性能的优化和成本的控制。

     

    Abstract: With the development of coal resources mining to the deep, the current polyurethane organic polymer grouting materials can not to fully meet the requirement of high ground stress, high ground temperature, and high osmotic pressure of occurrence environment and strong rheological properties, strong hygrothermal, strong dynamic disaster of the response of rock mass. In order to promote the development of polyurethane organic polymer grouting materials, including to enhance technical quality and extend the range of application. In view of the defects of polyurethane grouting materials such as high reaction temperature and poor mechanical properties due to massive heat release during the curing process, this paper summarizes the relevant research on modification and performance analysis of polyurethane grouting composites in recent years, firstly, the feasibility of polyurethane in coal filling reinforcement and water plugging seepage prevention was proposed. In addition, emphatically from the perspective of modification of polyurethane grouting material, the additives, traditional grouting materials, clay, solid waste, fiber and organic modified polyurethane were expounded in detail, and the grouting materials achieved new levels of mechanical properties and flame retardancy and cost control through the modified polyurethane.
