综采工作面液压支架安全回撤工艺研究

Study on Safety Withdrawing Technology of Hydraulic Powered Supports from Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face

  • 摘要: 为了解决综采工作面搬家时液压支架回撤工效低、安全性差等问题,从液压支架安全回撤工艺及设备配套工艺2方面入手,研究并优化了单通道单翼回撤工艺和辅巷多通道支架回撤工艺,与传统的综采工作面搬家工艺相比,这2种工艺均采用ZZ7200/18/36型三角区掩护支架布置方式,使安全回撤空间得到安全有效管理;均使用WC40Y系列支架搬运车、WC25EJ系列搬运车等辅助运输设备,此种工艺使工作面整个液压支架回撤时间分别减少27和35 d左右,总工时减少60%和85%左右。同时,单通道单翼回撤工艺因其对巷道掘进量要求小,瓦斯含量要求低,比辅巷多通道回撤工艺适应性更强。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the low efficiency,poor safety and other problems existed in the hydraulic powered supports withdrawing from the fully mechanized coal mining face,from the safety withdrawing technology of the hydraulic powered supports and the equipment matching technique,the withdrawing technology with a single channel in single wing and withdrawing technology with multi channels of auxiliary gateway were studied and optimized and were in comparison with the conventional fa ce equipment removing technology.A layout mode of ZZ7200/1 8/36 mode delta area shield support was applied to the above two powered support withdrawing technolo gies and thus the safety withdrawing space could be safely and effectively controlled.With application of the WC40Y series powered support removing truck and the WC 25EJ series removing truck and other auxiliary transportation equipment,the withdrawing time of the hydraulic powered support could be reduced individually about 27 d ays and 35 days and the working hour could be reduced about 60% and 85% .Meanwhile the withdrawing technology with a single channel of single wing with a low requ irement of gateway driving quantity and a low requirement of the gas content would have a higher suitability than the withdrawing technology with multi channels of the auxiliary gateway.
