大断面硐室锚喷注联合支护技术

Technology of bolt-shotcreting-grouting combined support to mine large cross section chamber

  • 摘要: 为解决大断面绞车房硐室支护难度大且变形严重的问题,以中泰矿业三水平轨道绞车房为研究对象,运用FLAC3D软件分别分析了绞车房硐室在锚杆、锚索联合支护和锚喷注联合支护状态下围岩的稳定性,对锚喷注联合支护技术进行了现场试验。研究结果表明:锚杆、锚索联合支护条件下硐室两底角受到较大的水平应力,竖直应力集中于底板,这是原支护条件下U型钢破坏和底鼓的原因;锚喷注联合支护技术下硐室各方向上的围岩应力相对均匀,硐室两帮移近量为43 mm,顶底板移近量为21 mm,硐室围岩变形得到了有效控制。

     

    Abstract: in order to solve a high tificult suppot and seriaus deformation problems of the large c1oss section winch chamber,based on a winch chamber in the three levelrail roadiway of Zhnongta ine as a studly objecta FLAC3 Dsotiware wa appied to analjze the surounding rock stability of the winch chanber under the bot and anchor combined support and the bofi-shotcreting-grouting combined suppor and a ite est was conducted on the bol.-shotcreting-grouting conmbined sup.ortechoology;.The stuty results showed that under the condition of thebot and anchor combined support.the two foor angles of the chanier woul be sufered ith high horzontal tresse.,the verial tress would concentrated on the foo of the chanmber and tus those were the causes of the J type steelfalre and the foor heave under thecondition of the previous supportWih the bofi- shotcreting-grouting combined support technolgyeach direcion stress of the surounding rock inthe chamber was reative homogeneous.the convergence of the two sidewal s in the chanmber was 43 m,the convergence of the roof and foor was 2 1 m and the surounding rock deformation of the chamber was effectively controlled.
