电脉冲破碎技术在超纯煤制备中的应用前景

  • 摘要: 由于机械粉碎方法无法使煤中的黏土矿物充分解离,限制了超纯煤制备效率的提高,而由于介电常数的明显差异,在电脉冲破碎中有机质和黏土矿物界面上所产生的电场感应作用可使煤沿有机质和黏土矿物的界面拉裂解离,从而提高破碎效果。分析表明电脉冲破碎相对机械粉碎具有有机质和矿物质解离程度高、低密度破碎产物灰分和黏土矿物含量低等有利于超纯煤制备的优势。

     

    Abstract: Due to the mechanical crushing method hard to fully disaggregate the clay mineral from coal, the improvement of the supper clean coal preparation effici ency was restricted.Due to obvious difference of the dielectric constants, the electric-field inductance role occurred from the organic substance and the clay mineral inte rface in the electric pulse crushing could make the coal have the tension fracture and disaggregation along the organic substance and the clay mineral interface and thu S the crushing effect could be improved.The case analysis showed that the electric pulse crushing of coal would have higher disaggregation of the organic substance an d mineral substance, low density crushed coal ash, low clay mineral content and other favorable super clean coal preparation advantages than the mechanical crushing of coal.
