大采高工作面开采方式的合理选择

Rational Selection of Mining Method for High Cutting Coal Mining Face

  • 摘要: 针对大采高采煤工作面开采中存在的工作面间煤柱留设大、局部采高小于煤层厚度、工作面两端头三角煤过渡段留顶煤等问题,通过采用加大工作面长度、增加采高、跨巷回采、三角煤回收、改变工作面布置形式为跳采式的工作面开采顺序,实现窄煤柱回采等方式提高煤炭采出率。结果表明:大采高工作面布置及开采方式的合理选择,可以使资源采出率达到75%~80%。

     

    Abstract: According to the large coal pillars left between the coal mining faces, the cutting height partially not meet the seam thickness requirement, the top coal I eft at the transition sections of the delta seams near the face conveyor head and tail and other problems existed in the mining of the high cutting coal mining face, a min ing process of a cross over coal mining face with a face length increased, a high cutting height increased, a cross over gateway mining, a delta seam recovery, a face la yout changed was applied in order to realize the narrow coal pillar mining and other mining method to improve the coal mining recovery rate.The results showed that th e rational selection of the high cutting coal mining and the mining method could make the resources recovery rate to 75%80% and the coal resources lost could be highl y reduced.
