煤矿水害防治技术工作中几个易混淆概念的分析

  • 摘要: 在煤矿水害防治工作中,由于对一些关键概念内涵和本质的理解、认识不到位和不统一,常导致在矿井水文地质条件探查、矿井水害特征的分析诊断、矿井涌水量预测预报及矿井水害防治技术方案制定等方面缺少统一规范的标准,工作内容的针对性和工作成果的实用性不强,使得煤矿水害防治工作经常出现事倍功半的现象。分析了矿井水文地质与水文地质、矿井涌水量与水资源量及疏降水量、矿井采掘工程与水害防治工程等几个关键概念之间的相关性和本质差别,给出了矿井水文地质条件探查、矿井水害特征诊断分析、矿井涌水量预测等工作过程中应注意的关键问题,应取得的重点结果及表征方法,提出了矿井采掘工程与水害防治工程之间的有机联系及协调原则。

     

    Abstract: In the coal mine water disaster control work, due to the misunderstanding of some key concepts used in mine water control and protection, there was no uniform technical standards in the aspects of mine hydrogeological condition exploration, mine water disaster characteristic analysis diagnosis, mine water inflow foreca st and mine water disaster control technical plan formulation and so on, and the efficiency of water control was low.The correlation and essential differences between mi ne hydrogeology and hydrogeology, mine water inflow and water resources, drainage volume, mine excavation project and water disaster control project were analyzed emphatically, key problems that should be paid attention to in mine hydrogeological condition exploration, mine water disaster characteristic diagnosis analysis and min e water inflow prediction, etc., were also proposed in the paper. The connection and coordination of mine excavation and water preventing projects were proposed.
