穿层水力冲孔增透技术在严重突出煤层中的应用

Application of Permeability Improvement Technology with Hydraulic Flushing Borehole Passing Through Strata

  • 摘要: 为了消除严重突出煤层的突出危险性,提高煤层瓦斯预抽率和突出煤巷掘进工作面的掘进速度,以义马煤业集团义安矿YX001工作面轨道巷为研究背景,对穿层水力冲孔增透技术的施工工艺及增透效果进行了研究。现场应用表明,穿层水力冲孔增透技术措施能降低煤层瓦斯压力,增加透气性,冲孔后,残余瓦斯含量下降到3.34~6.43 m3/t,有效地消除了煤层突出危险性;大幅度释放煤体中的瓦斯,使严重突出煤层巷道掘进速度提高了1倍以上,掘进速度达70 m/月(18.3m2大断面),取得了良好的综合防突效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to eliminate the outburst danger of the serious outburst seam and to improve the seam gas pre-drainage rate and the driving speed of the gatew ay driving face in the outburst seam, based on the railway gateway of No.YX001 coal mining face in Y'an Mine of Yima Coal Mining Group as the research background, a research was conducted on the construction technique of the permeability improvement technology with the hydraulic flushing borehole passing through strata and th e permeability improvement effect. The site application showed that the permeability technical measures of the hydraulic flushing borehole passing through strata could r educe the gas pressure in the seam and could improve the permeability.After the hydraulic flushing borehole operations, the residual gas content in the seam would be reduced to 3.346 .43 m3/t and the outburst danger of the seam could be effectively eliminated.The gas content highly released from the seam could make the driving sp eed of the outburst seam gateway increased over two times, make the driving speed at 70 m per month (a cross section of 18.3 m2) and could have a excellent compre hensive outburst prevention and control effect.
