  • 摘要: 针对目前国产采煤机智能化和远程自动控制水平比较落后的现状,提出一种采煤机位姿参数测量系统及其测量方法。对采煤机实际工况进行分析建模,全面定义采煤机位姿参数,阐述采煤机摇臂摆角及机身位移计算原理,介绍了测量系统的设计原理及组成结构,经现场测试及数据采集记录,结果表明:该系统可对采煤机位姿信息实现全面、有效、准确的获取,通过井下数据传输系统传至地面进行显示,可为实现数字化矿山及无人采煤工作面提供参考。

     

    Abstract: According to the backward status of the intelligent and remote automatic contral level of domestic shearer, the paper presented measurement system of body posture parameters of shearer and its measuring method.The actual condition of shearer, the position and orientation parameters of shearer was comprehensively defined, the measuring system of principles and structure detail were introduced and the field test and data acquisition record of the system was provided.The results s howed that the system could achieve comprehensive, effective, and accurate access of position and orientation parameters of shearer, and transmitted to the ground by underground data transmission system for display, it could provid reference to the achievement of digital mine and no-body coal mining face.
