深厚软岩地层冻结关键技术

Key technology of deep thick soft rock stratum freezing

  • 摘要: 为完善软岩地层冻结理论体系,研究了冻结壁厚度计算方法和基岩冻结的特性,在深部软岩地层冻结工程中,在分析基岩冻结特性、基岩地压特性与冻结强度特性,以及这些特性在冲积层中的异同点的基础上,得出了深厚含水基岩仍可采用多姆克公式,以及在地压与冻土强度上进行优选的基岩冻结壁厚度计算方法;在冻结设计过程中应用冻结壁形成特性综合分析方法,结合工程实例进行分析预测,提出冻结设计优化方案,在冻结施工过程中制定和采用相应的冻结和监测调控措施,重点对冻结盐水温度、流量进行有效监测与调控,实现了冻结工程的安全快速施工。

     

    Abstract: In order to perfect the theoretical system of freezing rock, the calculation method of freezing wall thickness and the analysis method of bedrock freezing wall formation were studied. The concluded that the deep water-bearing bedrock could be used in the formula and the strength of the ground pressure and permafrost C ould be optimized, based on the similarities and differences of these properties in the alluvial layer in the deep freezing of soft rock. The freezing wall design method wa s used to analyze the freezing wall in the process of freezing design. In the process of freezing design, the comprehensive analysis method of freezing wall formation C haracteristics was used to analyze and forecast the freezing and thawing design, and the corresponding freezing and monitoring and control measures were developed and used in the freezing process. Focusing on the freezing of salt water temperature, the flow of effective monitoring and control, to achieve the safe and rapid construc tion of the frozen project.
