Abstract:
In order to study a possibility of a nationalized equipment to replace the fully-mechanized coal mining equipment in a coal mine with an annual production over 10 million t, the paper introduced the modes and main parameters of the domestic equipment and import equipment for the fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face in the coal mine with a annual production over 10 million t in Datong Coal Mine Group. According to the actual application conditions in Tashan Mine, the paper analyzed the differences of the comprehensive operation rate, investment cost and other aspects of the two sets of the equipments. The paper had a comparison on the differences between the performances of the import coal shearer, scraper conveyor and others and the domestic equipment. The result showed that the domestic coal shearer was reliable in whole. But the voltage grade, installed power and other aspects would be highly lagged behind the import equipment. The gearbox, bearings and other key components of the domestic scraper conveyor would be highly lagged behind the import equipment. But the investment cost, spare parts cost, purchase period, parts consumption cost of the import equipment would be higher than the domestic equipment. The gap between the general technology of the domestic hydraulic powered support and the world advanced level was steadily reduced. Mainly the service life, reliability and quality stability of the hydraulic jack sealing, the high pressure hose, hydraulic valves and electric and hydraulic control system of the powered support would have certain gaps. With China manufacturing industry level continuously upgraded, the whole performances of the domestic fully-mechanized mining equipment had made great progresses and the future development tendency of the full domestic fully-mechanized top coal caving equipment would be realized.
