神华煤及其液化残渣水蒸气气化动力学研究

Research on Steam Gasification Dynamics of Shenhua Coal and Coal Liquefaction Residue

  • 摘要: 为研究神华煤半焦和神华煤直接液化残渣半焦的水蒸气气化动力学过程,利用不同温度下神华煤半焦和残渣半焦水蒸气气化碳转化率曲线,采用均相反应模型(HM)和未反应缩芯模型(SCM)对神华煤和残渣的水蒸气气化动力学进行了模拟,得到煤半焦和残渣半焦均相反应模型和未反应缩芯模型的Arrhenius方程式。将模拟结果和试验数值进行比较,发现均相反应模型和未反应缩芯模型都能较好地模拟煤半焦和残渣半焦的水蒸气气化过程,且均相反应模型的模拟结果要好于未反应缩芯模型的模拟结果。

     

    Abstract: In order to research the steam gasification dynamics of the Shenhua Coal semi-coke and Shenhua Coal direct liquefaction residue semi-coke, with the C arbon conversion rate curve of the semi-coke steam gasification under different temperatures, the homogeneous reaction model (HM) and the non reaction shrinking co re model (SCM) were applied to simulate the steam gasification dynamics of the coal and residue and the Arrhenius equation of the coal semi-coke and the residue sem i-coke homogeneous reaction model and the non reaction shrinking core model was obtained.The comparison on the simulation results and the test numerical values sh owed that the homogeneous reaction model and the non reaction shrinking core model all could be well to simulate the steam gasification process of the coal semi-coke and residue semi-coke and the simulation results of the homogeneous reaction model would be better than the simulation results of the non reaction shrinking core mod el
