深部大断面软岩硐室支护技术优化及应用

Application and optimization of support technology in deep large section soft rock chamber

  • 摘要: 为解决深部大断面软岩硐室急剧变形失稳问题,以朱集西煤矿西翼11煤运输大巷机头硐室为研究对象,采用理论分析与数值模拟的方法,对4种不同支护方案及不同支护结构(锚杆支护、锚杆+喷层支护、锚杆+锚索支护、锚杆+锚索+喷层支护)的围岩塑性区破坏深度与位移进行分析,得出方案三锚网喷初次支护+预应力锚索二次支护为最优方案。工程实践表明,采用耦合支护方案三后,支护结构的整体性承载能力和围岩的自承能力提高,机头硐室两帮移近量为25.98 mm,顶底板移近量为43.45 mm,有效控制了深部复合围岩的大变形失稳问题,保证了巷道围岩的长期稳定。

     

    Abstract: in order to solve the problem of deformation and instaility of deep large secion soft ock chanmber:taking the drive head chamber of west wing 11 coaltansportation roadway in Zhuixi Cal Mine as a studly object.the damage depth ofplstic zone and displacement of surounding were anal zed underfour dfferent suport plans and supor stouctures( bolt suppor,bot-shotcreting suppor.bot+-anchor suppor,bolt+anchorshotcreting support) by the means ofthoretical analysis and numeical simulation.The third couplig suppot was the best afer compaiscon four suppor plans. Thefed appication showed that the optimized scheme thee could effectively improve the whole loading abilties of support structure and self cading atilties of surrounding ock.The convergence vale of rib to rb of dive head chamiberwas 25.8 mn,the deformation value of roo tofoor was 43.45 m which control eff ctively b g deformation of deep surounding rock and ensure the stability of roadway in long term.
