神东矿区绿色开采技术

Green Mining Technology of Shendong Mining Area

  • 摘要: 神东矿区自然条件恶劣、生态环境脆弱,采用传统开采方式对生态环境造成不可修复性的影响,为解决这一尖锐矛盾,通过生产实践与技术创新,提出了主动型生态环境综合防治技术体系,即采前生态防护功能圈构建技术、采中矿井清洁开采技术、采后生态系统修复与功能优化技术体系,在矿区生产规模超过2亿t的同时,使矿区生态环境也得到了有效保护和改善,该技术体系是生态脆弱区煤炭资源高强度开发与生态环境保护协调发展的途径,实现了矿区绿色开采。

     

    Abstract: The natural conditions of Shendong Mining Area were terrible and the ecological environment was fragile and the traditional mining method would cause a non-restoration to the ecological environment.In order to solve the violent contradiction, with the production practices and technical innovation, an active type compre hensive prevention and control technical system of the ecological environment was provided, including the establishing technology of ecological prevention and protecti on function circle before the mining conducted, the mine clean mining technology during the mining period and the ecological system restoration and function optimizati on technology system after the mining completed. When the production scale of the mining area is over 200 million t, the ecological environment of the mining area woul d be effectively protected and improved.The technical system would be the access to the high intensity development of the coal resources in the ecological fragile zone and to the ecological environment protection and coordinative development.The green mining of the mining area was realized.
