深井强冲击倾向性厚煤层无煤柱沿空掘巷技术

Pillarless Gateway Driving Along Goaf Technology in Thick Seam with High Mine Pressure Bumping in Potential in Deep Mine

  • 摘要: 为了解决深部矿井具有强冲击地压倾向性的厚煤层煤柱承压大、煤柱冲击地压防治难等问题,华丰煤矿在1411工作面对垂直完全无煤柱沿空掘巷布置方式进行试验,对1410下平巷与1411上平巷留设窄煤柱沿空掘巷所造成的巷道变形量大、冲击地压大进行了治理。矿压及微震观测数据表明,巷道顶底板变形量减少131.5 mm,矿震等级、释放能量及次数明显下降,里氏0.8级以上的矿震减少87%,释放能量减少96%。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of large abutment pressure of coal pillar and difficult treatment of coal pillar rock burst in thick seam with mine pressure b umping in potential in deep mine, a trial on the layout of the vertical completed pillarless gateway driving along goaf was conducted in No. 1411 coal mining face of Huaf eng Mine.High deformation and high mine pressure bumping of the mine gateway caused by the gateway driving along goaf with a narrow coal pillar between No.1410 d own gateway and No. 1411 upper gateway were treated and controlled.The mine pressure and microseism observed data showed that the deformation of the roof-to-floo r was reduced by 131.5 mm, the mine seismic grade, released energy ad releases numbers were obviously reduced, the mine seismic over 0.8 grade were reduced by 87% and the released energy was reduced by 96%.
