  • 摘要: 介绍了干扰床分选机的分选原理和实际应用中存在的问题,对被分选物料的粒度范围、分选机内上升水流的作用和干扰床床层密度对分选效果的影响进行了分析,指出在应用干扰床分选机分选细颗粒煤炭时,应控制入料的粒度上下限比值在4以内,并说明在低密度分选时,不宜单纯降低床层密度,否则会使粗颗粒物料分选效果变差,宜采用降低上升水流压力,提高悬浮床层的密度的方法,从而提高分选机的分选效果。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduced the separation principle of the teeter bed separator and the problems existed in the actual application and had an analysis on the p article size scope of the separated material, the uprising water current role in the separator and the bedding density of the teeter bed affected to the separation effect.T he paper pointed out when the teeter bed separator was applied to separate the fine particle cal, the particle up and low limit value of the feeding material should be C ontrolled within four.During the low density separation, the bedding density should not be only reduced, or the separation effect of the coarse particle material would be poor.The suitable method is to reduce the up rising water current pressure and to improve the density of floatation bedding.
