  • 摘要: 针对淮南矿区深部煤层具有低透气性、强突出的特点,且揭煤过程具有很强的危险性,以潘一矿东井二副井的近距离强突出煤层群为研究对象,依据前探基础资料,以及强突出煤层群井筒揭煤的特点,增加2圈减压孔,优化设计与施工,实施多煤层联合抽采消突措施,过煤段下花管护孔并下铁管作为金属骨架等措施确保抽采量,提前完成抽采任务并实现了数据的在线监测。井筒揭5-2、5-1、4-2、4-1煤层从施工钻孔、抽采评价到揭煤结束,比预期时间缩短25 d,实现了安全、快速井筒揭煤。

     

    Abstract: According to the low permeability and high outburst features of the deep seam in Huainan Mining Area and the high danger during the seam opening proces s,based on the contiguous high outburst seams in East No.2 Mine Auxiliary Shaft of Panyi Mine as a study object and the detail and reliable previous exploration basic info rmation,as well as the mine shaft seam opening features of the high outburst seam group,there were two rings of the pressure releasing boreholes added. The design and construction were optimized. The combined gas drainage and outburst prevention measures of the multi seams were conducted. During the passing through seam section, perforated pipes applied to the borehole wall protection and the iron pipes applied to the metal support framework and other measures were made to ensure the gas draina ge quantity. The gas drainage mission was completed in advance and the online monitoring and measuring of the data were realized. The time of the borehole drilling.gas d rainage evaluation and seam opening completed of No.5-2 seam,No. 5-1 seam,No. 4-2seam and No. 4-1 seam in the mine shaft was 25 days in advance than the expecte d time and the safety and rapid seam opening in the mine shaft realized.
