基于线激光和ARM的输送带纵向撕裂监控系统设计

Design on monitoring and control system of conveyor belt longitudinal tearing based on line laser and ARM

  • 摘要: 针对输送带运行过程中易发生纵向撕裂的问题,研究了基于机器视觉的纵向撕裂检测方法,设计了一种基于线激光和ARM的输送带纵向撕裂监控系统。采用"一"字线激光器向输送带下表面投射激光条纹,利用嵌入式处理终端S3C2440控制面阵CMOS摄像头采集图像,并进行图像处理和分析,检测到纵向撕裂时将纵向撕裂图像和报警信号通过Wi-Fi发送给PC机监控软件和手机监控软件显示。设计了监控系统硬件、嵌入式处理终端软件、故障检测算法、PC机监控软件和手机监控软件。测试结果表明:该系统能够远程在线监测输送带纵向撕裂过程,具有图像处理效率高、实时性好、布线简便、可远程监控等优点。

     

    Abstract: According to a problem of the longitudinal tearing occurred in the operation process of the conveyor belt, the paper had a study on the detection method of the longitudinal tearing based on the machine vision and had a design on the longitudinal tearing monitoring and control system of the conveyor belt based on the lin e laser and ARM.A straight line laser was applied to project a laser stripe on the back surface of the conveyor belt, the S3C2440 embedded processing terminal was ap plied to control the plane array and the CMOS video camera was applied to collect the images and to process and analyze the images.When a longitudinal tearing was detected, the images and alarm signals of the longitudinal tearing would be sent to the monitoring and control software of the PC computer and the monitoring and contr ol software of the mobile phone to be displayed via Wi-Fi.The hardware of the monitoring and control system, the software of the embedded processing terminal, the fail ure detection algorithm, the monitoring and control software of the PC computer and the monitoring and control software of the mobile phone were designed.The test re sults showed that the system could remotely make an online monitoring and measuring on the longitudinal tearing of the conveyor belt and would have the advantages of the high efficient image processing, good real time performances, easy line arrangement, remote control and others.
