Study on support technology of gateway with contiguous seams mining

  • 摘要: 为解决西山亚辰煤业公司极近距离煤层下煤层29102工作面巷道支护难题,参考相邻29101工作面两巷采用工字钢棚支护后出现的巷道变形严重,工字钢棚顶梁压弯、棚腿内移等问题,系统分析了29101轨道巷围岩移动变形、支护结构承载情况,并对巷道失稳原因进行了研究。采用数值模拟方法,确定了29102轨道巷围岩控制技术方案,并开展了现场工业性试验。结果表明:29102轨道巷采用高强度稳定型新型锚网(索)棚联合支护技术,巷道掘进经过测站约110 m后,巷道顶底板移近量为17 mm,两帮移近量为19 mm,巷道支护效果良好,为类似条件下巷道围岩控制提供了技术参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the support technical difficulties of the gateways in No. 29102 coal mining face for contiguous seams of Xishan Yachen Coal Industry C ompany, in references the gateway serious deformation, roof beam bending of the H steel support, the internal forward displacement of the support leg and others occur red after the H steel support made in the two gateways of the neighboring No. 29101 coal mining face, the paper systematically analyzed the surrounding rock displace ment and deformation and the support structure loading condition of the railway gateway in No.29101 coal mining face and had a study on the stability lost causes of th e gateway. A numerical simulation method was applied to determine the surrounding rock contral technical plan of the No.29102 track gateway and a site industrial trial was conducted. The results showed that a combined support technology with the high strength stabilized new bolt/steel mush ( anchor) and shield was applied to the N o. 29102 track gateway. When the driving of the gateway was passed over the measuring station about 110 m, the roof and floor convergence of the gateway was 17 m m, the convergence of two sidewalls was 19 mm and the support effect of the gateway was excellent and could provide the technical references to the surrounding rock control of the gateway under the similar condition.
