我国短壁机械化成套装备关键技术现状与展望

Status and expectation on key technology of complete equipment for mechanized shortwall mining in China

  • 摘要: 为解决国内煤矿井下存有大量残留煤柱和不规则块段,存在机械化开采程度低、产量小、采出率低等问题,介绍了以连续采煤机为主的短壁机械化成套装备及其开采技术体系,总结了近10年来我国依靠自主创新,在短壁机械化成套装备领域取得的先进技术成果,对其涉及到的截割、行走、输送、粉尘防治、顶板控制以及自动控制等关键技术现状进行分析和总结,指出当前技术水平存在的不足与差距。最后对我国短壁机械化成套装备及关键技术的发展趋势进行了展望,提出短壁机械化成套装备将呈现出开采装备差异化、配套方式多样化、成套装备智能化和无人化的发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: in order to solve great residual coa pillars and fregular seam blocks existed in the domestic underground coal mines and the low mechanized mining degree.low producton.ow coal recovery rate and other problems existed,the paper inroduced the mechanized shoreal mining complete equipmert and the mining teconology system based con the continuous miner as the leading machine and summarized the advance technical achievements obtained in the mechanized shortall compete equipment based on China independent innovation in the recent passed 10 years.Thepaper analyzed and summaized theke y techmnoagy staus o th reaed cung .raveling conveying dust prevention and control.roo control.utomatic conrol and others and poinied aut the shorage and diference existed in the present technicaleve. Finl y:the paper ad an oulook on the development tendency of the mechanized shorwall mining complete equipment and key flechnology in China and providedthe development tendency of the mining equipmen dfference,maching method diversified.complete equipment itllicent and unmanned ocured in the mechanized shortwall mining complete equipment.
