大采高工作面三角区片帮防治技术

Spalling prevention technology of delta area in high cutting coal mining face

  • 摘要: 针对大采高工作面三角区应力集中且矿压显现强烈,导致回采过程中煤壁大面积片帮等问题,通过理论分析、现场实测、工业试验等方法,分析了寺河煤矿1308大采高工作面端头区顶板三角煤在二次采动影响下的破坏机理,以及大采高工作面超前支承压力影响范围和破坏范围,为防治片帮采取合理注浆区域、注浆时机和注浆参数的选择提供依据。研究结果表明:超前支承压力的影响范围为35 m,在工作面前方8 m处最大,最大值为22.3 MPa,新型无机注浆材料具有不离析、不倒缩、结实率高达100%等优点,能够使煤体完整性和稳定性明显增强,片帮深度减少到平均0.5~0.6 m,注浆效果明显。

     

    Abstract: Acording to the stress concentration and the serious mine pressure bunp behavio in the delta area of the high cutting coal mining face and the large are saling and other problems ocured in the mining process,the theoretical anaysi sie measurement industrial trial and other methods were applied to analize the failure mechanism ofthe delta coal of the oo at the face end ofNo.1308 high cutting coal mining face and the adivance supor rssure infuence scope and falire soopeofthe high cuttig mining face which could povide the basis to the salling preventio and conrlwih the rational grouting rea grouting opporunty and the groutparameter selection.The study resuts showed that the infuence scope of the advance suppor prssure was 35 m,the maxinfuence areawas at s m infrontofth coal mining face and the max value of th suppor pressure wa 2.3 MPa.The new inorganic grout material had a no separation and no shrinkng,high seting rate of 100% and other advantages and could obiously inprove the seam inegity and stailty, Thus the salling depth could be reduced by 0.5~ 1.6 m in average and the grouting effect was obvious.
