气化合成气洗涤塔中气液两相流动的数值模拟

Numerical simulation of gas liquid two phase flow in syngas scrubber of gasification

  • 摘要: 针对合成气洗涤塔中合成气带水和灰渣堵塞的问题,应用双流体模型,研究了GSP气化装置洗涤塔中内构件结构对于气液两相流体力学的影响。数值模拟结果展示了不同工况下压降、气含率等流体力学参数的分布规律,同时还得到了详细的流场分布。研究结果表明,升气筒的存在会导致严重的雾沫夹带情况;设置挡板对于减缓气泡穿刺有一定作用。为了验证数值模拟的可靠性,开展了冷模试验研究,试验结果直观地展示了升气筒导致雾沫夹带的过程,同时展示了挡板对于气泡流动的影响。试验结果和模拟结果较为一致,验证了数值模拟对于洗涤塔设计优化的指导作用。

     

    Abstract: According to the syngas with water and ash jammed problem occurred in the syngas scrbberthe two fuid model was applied to study the internal framework structure in the scruber of the GSP gasication deviceaffcted to the gas licuid twvo phase fuid mechancs. The numerical simulation resutis showed the ditrbuton law of the pressure drop gas content rate and fuid mechanicsparameters under he diferent perfomances The detailfow feld distribution was obtained. The stucyresults showed that the gas rising cylinder existed could cause serious entrainment and the bafle could play a certain role to release bubles punctured. n cver to veify the reliability of the numercal s imulation.a cold model experiment was conducted. T'he experiment resuts viselly showed the entrainment prc.ess caused y the gas rising cylinder and showed the infuences of the bafle to the buble fow.The experinent resuis were a quite sameto the simulato resitsan the numeiclsinulation verified had a guide role to the optimization of the scrubber design.
