Study on manufacturing technology of hydraulic powered support

  • 摘要: 为提高大采高液压支架结构件和机械加工件质量以及装配后整机的力学性能和使用寿命,对现有液压支架生产制造工艺进行改进。以ZY15000/29/63大采高液压支架为研究对象,分析了现有液压支架生产制造工艺在自动化控制、实时监测方面的不足,据此制定了合理的液压支架结构件选材、自动整版下料、先进坡口加工和焊接工艺,大直径立柱、缸筒、活柱等机械加工件加工工艺以及支架的装配、检验试验工艺。研究表明:制定的板材整体喷丸、整版下料切割、焊接实时监测以及焊前、焊后处理等方法,能有效提高结构件性能,刮削、滚光复合加工方法能显著提高缸筒加工精度,样机压架试验技术能促进产品设计优化。

     

    Abstract: in order to improve the quality of the igh cutting hydraulicpowered suppor structure and the mechanical processin parts as well as the mechanics performances and serice lifeofthe whnole machine assembled, improvements were conducted on the manufacturing techique of the avilable hydrauli powered supportsBased on the ZY15000 / 29 / 63 mode high cutng hydraulic powered support as the study objec.the paper analzed the shortages of the automatie conrol and real time monitoring and measuring in the produ ction and manufacturing fechniques of the available hydraui: powered supors.Therefore,the materal selecion of the stoucture parts autonaticful plate cuting advanced beveling machining and welding techrique thelarge diameter leg eyider piston and other machined parts processing te:hique as well as the assembling and inspecion fest fechmique were raioall set up.The stuty showed that the steel plate whally shot blastin .rll stel plate stock cuting welding realtime merntioring and measuring.th procssing before and aiter the welding and other method detemined could fctively improve the performancesof the structure parts The scraping and tumbling compostie processing method could obiously improve the cyinder processing acuracy and the pressurized poweredsupport test technology of the prototype would promote the optimization of product design.
