  • 摘要: 为了查清掘进机上使用的镐型截齿与齿座无相对运动时的结构强度和应力分布、探究其损坏的原因,建立了截齿、齿座的三维实体模型和有限元模型,通过网格划分、添加载荷与约束,利用计算机模拟获得了截齿和齿座的变形和应力分布云图。分析认为,该工况下截齿的损坏并非强度不够所致,而是由于截齿在齿座中不转动引起偏磨,造成镐型截齿硬质合金的脱落。结果表明,研究结论与实际情况相符。

     

    Abstract: In order to verify the structure strength and the stress distribution of the conical pick and the pick holder applied in the mine roadheader during the no rel ative movement and to study the failure causes, a 3D solid model and a finite element model of the pick and the pick holder was established.With the mesh division, loa d added and constraint, the computer simulation was applied to obtain the deformation and stress distribution cloud picture of the pick and pick holder.The analysis sho wed that under the performances, the failure of the pick would not cause by the strength and cause by the partial abrasion due to no rotation of the pick in the pick hold er, which caused the hard alloy falling off of the pick. The results showed the study conclusion and the actual conditions would be the same.
