晋城矿区井下梳状钻孔瓦斯抽采技术体系

System of gas drainage technology of comb-like directional drilling in Jincheng Mining Area

  • 摘要: 针对晋城矿区松软煤层破碎易塌孔卡钻导致的成孔性差、顺层钻孔抽采距离短等难题,利用远距离治理松软煤层瓦斯的梳状定向孔钻进技术与松软煤层瓦斯治理特点相结合,形成了适合晋城矿区瓦斯抽采的底板梳状孔替代底抽巷、掩护相邻工作面煤巷掘进梳状孔、本煤层孔排水-顶板梳状孔抽采瓦斯3种技术模式,分别在赵庄矿1307工作面、成庄矿4226巷、53131工作面进行推广应用。结果表明,该瓦斯抽采技术体系实现了单分支孔出煤量大于1 t、瓦斯突出危险性消除、累计抽采瓦斯纯量10.14万m3的效果,解决了绕过破碎煤层区域掩护邻近煤巷掘进,V字形产状煤层本煤层孔残留水影响瓦斯抽采等技术难题。

     

    Abstract: According to the problems of poor hole formed and short distance of gas drainage affected by hole collapse easily broken and stuck pipe incidents in soft co al seam of Jincheng Mining Area,in combination with comb-like directional drilling technology and soft coal seam gas control features,three kinds of technologies mode wer e established,including the bottom floor comb-like directional drilling for replacement floor drainage lane,comb-like directional drilling for driving coal lane of the adjacent fa ce,the coal seam hole water discharge drainage-roof comb-like directional drilling for gas drainage. The above three technologies were applied respectively to No.1307 Fa ce of Zhaozhuang Mine,No.4226 Colliery Lane,No.53131 Face of Chengzhuang Mine.The results showed that the above gas drainage technologies mode could make a sin gle branch hole produce coal more than one ton,cumulative amount of pure gas extraction was 0. 101 4 million m3.The problems of cover neighboring coal lane driving by passing the broken seam area and difficult gas drainage affected by hole residual water in V shaped coal seam were solved.
