Research and application of BFS3080RDD flip flow screen to coal preparation plant

  • 摘要: 针对大型选煤厂难于实现对原煤以13 mm进行有效干法筛分的问题,在宁东选煤厂羊场湾分厂采用BFS3080RDD型弛张筛,将块煤分选下限深度从25 mm延伸至13 mm,将25~13 mm粒级精煤从末煤中提取出来,供煤化工使用,置换出142万t/a洗中块供其他用户使用,每年可提高经济效益12 638万元。通过弛张筛在羊场湾分厂的使用结果表明:弛张筛的使用,在降低筛分下限、提高筛分效率、减少维护成本、降噪防尘、节能等方面取得了显著效果。

     

    Abstract: acording to a large coal preparation plant hard to realize an effctive dry screening on the raw cal with a size over 13 mm ,a BFS3080 RDD flip f1ow s:reen was applied to Yangehang Branch of Ningdong Coal Preparation Plant. A lower linit depth ofthelump cal screening was extended from 25 m to 13 mm and theclean coal wth a particle size fron 25 mm to 13 mn cauld be picked up from the fine coal for the coal themical industry Thus those paricle cals could replace the clen medium ump coal with a quantity of 1.42 millin tons per earfor other consumers and the anual economic beneft could be improved withRMB125.3 millins. heresults of the fit fovw screen aplid to Yangchang Branch showed that the applicaion of the ilip fovw scre achieved remarkable effcts oreduce the lower lihit of the screening to improve the screening eficiency.to reduce the maitenance costto reduce the noise and to prevent the dust, to save the energy and others.
