带式输送机机尾滚筒清淤装置设计与研制

Design and development on silt cleaning device with tail pulley of belt conveyor

  • 摘要: 为了实现带式输送机机尾滚筒的自动清理,提高综掘工作面的机械化程度,分析了目前煤矿井下综掘工作面中带式输送机机尾滚筒处的积淤和抛洒物产生的原因,指出了存在的安全隐患,提出了采用输送带清淤装置解决该问题的思路,阐述了输送带清淤装置的工作原理,针对某种型号的带式输送机机尾滚筒进行了相关的设计计算及马达选型,介绍了清淤装置的结构设计思路及其结构特点,加工制作了清淤装置样机。地面及井下试验结果表明清淤装置达到了预期的功能,为带式输送机机尾滚筒处积淤和抛洒物的清理提供了一种有效解决方法。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize automatic cleaning of tail pulley in belt conveyor,to improve mechanized degree of fully- mechanized gateway driving face and to reach th e target of safety and sequence production with manpower reduced and efficiency improved, the paper analyzed the causes of silt accumulation and throwing objects occurr ed at the tail pulley of belt conveyor in mine fully- mechanized driving face,pointed out safety hidden dangers existed. provided the solution idea of belt silt clean device an d stated the working principle of belt silt cleaning device. The related design calculation and the motor selection were conducted according to the certain mode tail pulley of belt conveyor. A structure design of the silt cleaning device was conducted and the structure features were stated. A prototype of silt cleaning device was processed and m anufactured. The surface and underground mine tests showed that the siet cleaning device reached expected functions and could provide effective solution to clean the silt accumulation and throwing objects at the tail pulley of belt conveyor.
