机掘巷道自移式临时支护装置研制与应用

Application and development on self-moving temporary support device for machine gateway

  • 摘要: 针对机掘巷道临时支护存在支护时间长、质量差、强度低等弊端,设计研发出一套结构合理、操作方便、应用效果较好的自移式临时支护装置。采用迈步移动支架和超前立柱组成的井型结构体系,能够实现连续4 m长巷道的及时带压临时支护和锚杆支护作业。经力学分析数值模拟和现场试验表明:立柱满足稳定条件;I20a型号工字钢顶梁能够满足现有巷道的临时支护需要;矩形钢管导轨在5号立柱处弯矩最大,最为不利,应加强该处的强度设计;临时支护装置液压操作简单,行走动作灵活,尺寸配套合理,对巷道顶底板适应性强,改善了综掘工作面支护状况,优化了循环工艺,掘进速度提高了40%,实现了巷道安全快速掘进。

     

    Abstract: According to an long time support,poor quality,Ilow strength and other problems existed in the temporary support of the machine hea ding gateway,a self-moving temporary support device with reasonable structure ,convenient operation and good application effect was design and development.A well structure system of stepping movement support and advance column were applied to achieve continuous 4 m long tunnel timely pressure temporary support and anchor support supporting work. Mechanical numerical simulation and field tests show that the column meetsthe stability condition,and the I20 a types of l-girder could meet temporary support of existing gateway.The bending moment of rectangular steel tube in the No.5 column was the biggest,the most unfavorable and the design strength design should be strengthened.The temporary support device had simple hydraulic operation,flexible walking motion,reasonable matching size,could well suit condition of the roof and floor,could improve the supporting conditions of fully mechanized coal mining face,could optimize the circulation process ,could increase driving speed 40%,could realize the safe and fast the mine gateway driving.
