地音监测技术在煤矿冲击地压预警中的应用研究

Application research on rock sound monitoring technology in early warning of rock burst in coal mine

  • 摘要: 为研究地音监测技术在预测煤矿冲击地压的地音信号特点,借助于冲击启动理论,提出了根据不同的冲击启动及冲击显现的位置,将地音预警信号划分为3种类型,并结合力源载荷情况,对3种类型进行细化,重点研究了第1种类型下的集中动载荷型地音信号特点,利用KJ623煤矿用冲击地压地音监测系统的监测数据,分析了新疆某煤矿450B3+6工作面、甘肃某煤矿47208工作面的地音信号特点。研究结果表明:在第1种预警类型集中动载荷下,当地音能量和频次稳定在正常数值周围时,工作面处于安全状态;当数值突然升高至一异常数值(能量约20 000 /min,频次约40 /min),且持续较长时间(一般大于8 h)时,工作面处于危险状态。研究为符合条件的顶板型、断层型等冲击地压类型的地音监测预警提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the characteristics of rock sound single in the prediction of rock burst by means of rock sound monitoring technology,using theory of burst start-up,according to the different position of burst-up and burst display,the early warning signal of rock sound is divided into three types,Combined with the load of the force source,three types are refined,and the characteristics of the ground sound signal under the first type of concentrated dynamic load are studied,the characteristics of rock sound single of 450B3+6 working face in a mine of Xinjiang and No.47208 working face in a mine of Gansu were analyzed on the basis of the monitoring data of KJ623 rock sound monitoring system. The results show that,under the first type of early warning,when the energy and frequency of rock sound around a normal value,means that the working room is in a safe state; but when the numerical jump to an abnormal value (energy:about 20 000 /min,frequency:about 40 /min),and last for a long time(generally greater than 8 h),means that the working room is in a state of danger. The research can realize early warning for the burst of roof type,fault type and so on by rock sound monitoring system.
