Key Technology of Intelligent Coal Mining Equipment

  • 摘要: 基于无人化采矿技术理念,介绍了煤矿井下智能化开采发展方向,提出了煤矿智能化采掘的定义及技术内涵。回顾了我国智能化采煤装备技术发展及现状,指出我国有抢占智能采掘装备技术制高点的机遇。阐述了智能化采煤装备的"三个感知,三个自适"技术构架,展望了与其相关的煤岩高效自适应截割技术、液压支架自适应控制技术、动力传递自适应调控技术、煤岩界面智能识别技术、采煤装备智能诊断技术、采煤装备自主巡航技术等6项关键技术的突破方向。

     

    Abstract: Based on an idea of an unmanned coal mining technology, the paper introduced the orientation of an intelligent mining development in underground coal mine and provided the definition and technical connotation of the intelligent mining and excavation in coal mine. The paper reviewed the development and present status of the intelligent coal mining equipment and technology in China and pointed out that China would have an opportunity to take a commanding point of the intelligent min ing and excavation equipment and technology. The paper stated the three perceptive and three adaptive technical architecture and had an outlook on breakthrough dire ctions of the key technology related to the high efficient and adaptive coal and rock cutting technology, adaptive control technology of the hydraulic powered support, ad aptive regulation technology of power transmission, intelligent recognition technology of coal- rock interface, intelligent diagnosis technology of the coal mining equipme nt and adaptive cruise control technology of the coal mining equipment.
